Shipping Policy

We want your new bike to reach you safely, quickly, and with no surprises. Because bicycles are large, bulky items, our shipping process works a little differently from standard online orders. Please take a moment to review the details below before completing your purchase.

Metro Area Shipping

  • Free shipping is available to selected metropolitan areas across Australia.
  • Delivery times vary by location, but most metro orders arrive within standard courier timeframes.

Regional & Rural Shipping

  • Deliveries to SA/NT/WA/TAS and other regional or rural areas may attract a freight surcharge due to the size and handling requirements of bicycles.
  • To ensure accurate pricing and delivery options, please contact us before placing your order if your address is outside a metro zone.
  • We’ll confirm the exact surcharge (if any) and provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

Order Dispatch

  • Orders are typically dispatched within our standard processing time is up to 3 business (or more depending on how busy we are)
  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed
  • You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your bike is on its way.
  • It’s always best to send to an address that has someone in attendance
  • If the delivery address is going to secured complex (such as a unit or apartment block) please provide delivery instructions on where the courier can deliver as it would be unsafe to be left on the street with high pedestrian traffic.

Additional Notes

  • Couriers may require assistance unloading bulky items at the delivery address but usually its manageable by them.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during business hours.
  • We cannot delivery bicycles to a PO Box
  • Bicycles are delivered 85% assembled in flat pack form. The final assembly involves installation of handlebars, front wheel, pedals, saddle, adjusting the brakes and gears and fitment of accessories such as light, bell, reflectors…etc
  • For safety, it is recommended that the bike is assembled by a bike mechanic or another suitably experienced person. Damage caused by incorrect assembly is not covered under warranty.
