1.1 Refunds and returns are not accepted for change of mind
1.2. If there is no evidence of delivery; we will assume delivery date to be 3 days after the item has been dispatched

1.4 Customer to pay for return shipping back to NIXEYCLES.
1.5 Where products are faulty or damaged upon arrival; we require sufficient evidence of the damage or fault (e.g. pictures) before authorising the return of products
1.6 If an product is found to be working when returned, NIXEYCLES may seek reimbursement of costs incurred.
1.7 If a product is to be returned or refunded; we require the item to be sent back to us in the same condition that was received, along with all accessories and packaging (if any). i.e. in resalable condition
