6. Orders

6.1 Orders may be placed on the NIXEYCLES website
6.2 Nixeycles is an online business, we will use email as an primary way of communicating with you once order(s) has/have been placed
6.3 NIXEYCLES may cancel your order at anytime
6.4 In the event of order cancelation, NIXEYCLES will refund the cost in full as soon as possible.
6.5 NIXEYCLES will not take responsibility if an order is declined, delayed or disrupted if the internet screws up

7. Payment

7.1 For security and customer protection Nixeycles uses PayPal to handle the transaction process (www.paypal.com.au)
7.2 At this time, NIXEYCLES does not take other forms of payment such as money orders or bank deposits
7.3 However if the customer is really unable; NIXEYCLES may exercise the right to make exceptions.

8. Delivery and ownership of the goods

8.1 The delivery date is an estimated delivery date
8.2 We try to ensure that all products are delivered in an prompt and timely manner. However delays in delivery may occur as delivery is outside of our scope. NIXEYCLES will not accept liability for loss/damage as a result of delays
8.3 NIXEYCLES will not be responsible for the delivery times of Products. Once products has been dispatched, it is the customers’ responsible to liaise with the courier or delivery agent in relation to the time/date of delivery.

9. Refunds and Returns

9.1 Refunds and returns are not accepted for change of mind
9.2. If there is no evidence of delivery; we will assume delivery date to be 3 days after the item has been dispatched
9.3 The shipping costs is not included in the refunds/returns
9.4 Customer to pay for return shipping back to NIXEYCLES.
9.5 Where products are faulty or damaged upon arrival; we require sufficient evidence of the damage or fault (e.g. pictures) before authorising the return of products
9.6 If an product is found to be working when returned, NIXEYCLES may seek reimbursement of costs incurred.
9.7 If a product is to be returned or refunded; we require the item to be sent back to us in the same condition that was received, along with all accessories and packaging (if any). i.e. in resalable condition

10. Warranties

10.1 12 months warranty on all products. We warrant the bicycles against defects in materials and workmanship
10.2 Item must be used in accordance with its intended purpose
10.3 Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, collisions, incorrect assembly, installation of incompatible parts or irregular maintenance are not covered.
10.4 If a defect exists, we will replace or repair (at our discretion) any part that proves to be defective, without charge.
10.5 Consumable items are not covered, e.g. brake pads, tyres and other items prone to wear and tear.
10.6 Damage resulting from corrosion or rust is not covered.
10.7 In the event of faulty part(s) we require that the parts be sent back to us. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs back to us, however we will be responsible for the postage costs in sending the parts back to the buyer.
